My name is Charles Grace and I am the owner and inspector that will serve you. For the last couple of decades I was serving the good people of the Roseville area as a Shop Manager. I made many accomplishments during that time as a manager.
- My shop was in the top 8% of repair shops licenced by the state of california for smog inspections and diagnostics.
- We were voted the "Best Place for Auto Repair" in Roseville by Roseville Magazine.
- We received AAA Diamond Standard which only 12 out of 1600 shops have ever accomplished in california.
I am currently employed by the world's largest automotive repair software company serving a half million customers in 9 countries as an automotive expert.
I provide inspections weekdays 3pm till 8pm and 8am till 8pm weekends.
I know Cars, I know what good service is. But most of all I have learned to take care of people like they were family and that has never failed to amaze people, Let me amaze you.

General Information
Conditions For Inspections
Inspections may be affected by weather and light conditions, as well as the cleanliness of the vehicle, both inside and out, at the time of the inspection. Many external factors, beyond our control, can reduce the accuracy of the inspection, making things such as repainting and body work difficult to detect with the naked eye. For the most accurate inspection report, the vehicle must be clean, dry and situated in well-lit location at the time of inspection. We strongly suggests that you contact the seller and make all necessary accommodations to insure that the vehicle is as clean as possible and available in a suitable location for an inspection.
Vehicle Remains "As-Is"
Because a vehicle's condition may change between the time the inspection is conducted and the actual purchase of the vehicle, we recommend having the inspection completed as close in time to the purchase as possible. Because the vehicle being inspected is a "used" vehicle, you agree that, even after inspection, you will be purchasing the vehicle in an "as is" condition, unless otherwise warranted by the seller. Our report shall not be construed as a substitute for any safety and/or emissions inspection that is required by applicable state laws. The inspection also does not act as a warranty on the vehicle’s condition. Any and all warranties on the vehicle are issued by or provided by the seller.
Limitation Of Liability
Because Expert-Automotive services is not the seller or its manufacturer of the vehicle or its parts. And because a vehicle inspection is not a substitute for a mechanical inspection using diagnostic tools and equipment. Expert Automotive Services is only liability is limited to refunding the price paid for the inspection in the event you are dissatisfied with our service. All disputes or concerns must be sent within 14 days after our inspection. Please email any information and photographs. Any thing beyond 14 days will not be considered.
Privacy
we care about our customers’ privacy. By purchasing a vehicle inspection you will be providing certain personal information to us. We will not share your information with an unaffiliated third party, unless we are required to do so by law.
No Repairs, Diagnostics or Roadside Services Provided
We currently DO NOT offer any form of Repair, Diagnostic or Roadside Repairs. We do not sub-let any services. We provide a visual inspection on the state of the vehicle presented. All inspections are non-intrusive and nothing is ever removed or distributed. If we find an area of concern we will notify you of the nature of the concern.
Ownership Of The Inspection
Whom ever the client that has contracted for the inspection and has paid for the inspection shall be the only property owner of the information. All regards and findings of the inspection will not be shared without their expressed permission. If the party requesting the inspection is not the owner of the property. Then it is the responsibility of the party requesting the inspection to obtain permission for the service to be performed. Because the party requesting the service is often not the property owner, all inspections must be pre-paid prior to any inspections done.
